RFP - 3D Anatomy & Virtual Dissection Platform for Worland High School

Washakie County School District #1, Worland, Wyoming is currently accepting bids for a 3D Anatomy & Virtual Dissection Platform. Specifications are minimums and must be met or exceeded.  Substitutions will not be accepted.  

Quotes are due by April 12, 2024 no later than 12:00 PM NOON - MST.

Bid Analysis:  Bids will be analyzed for what is in the best interest of the District - not necessarily lowest bid.  Washakie County School District # 1 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities in the bidding process.

Bid Award: The District will award the winning based upon product quality/performance/reliability review, price of eligible products, product availability and ability of vendor to deliver, professional industry recommendations, and references review.  

Made in the USA:  Preference of up to 5% will be given to systems designed and made in the United States as long as verification is submitted along with the bid.

Bid Request: Cost of one 3D Anatomy & Virtual Dissection Platform with the option to purchase an additional device at the same cost.  System must include shipping costs (see specifications that follow), with warranty.
